Joe Caprera, B. Engineering, MBA
Founder
Joe Caprera is the Founder and President of Joe Caprera Companies. A private real estate investment company with its head office in Montreal, Canada. Joe has succeeded in creating great value in residential real estate through important capital expenditures and hands-on management techniques.
These methods have allowed his company to grow to a substantial value, which is now considered an important player in the multi-unit real estate market in Quebec.
Joe Caprera uses the knowledge he obtained from his Architectural Technology degree from Vanier College and his Bachelor degree in Building Engineering from Concordia University. Joe also applies his knowledge he obtained from the Executive Masters in Business Administration program offered by McGill university and HEC Montreal which he was still perusing at the time of this text.
Joe is also an active philanthropist in the community of Montreal. He has sat on numerous non-profit organizations boards such as of Vanier College, and the Montreal Children’s Hospital. He is also active in the Shriner’s Hospital fundraising committee. With the warmest interest in Vanier College, Joe still sits in the Vanier College Foundation, now for 16 years.

Aubie has been the organization’s lawyer since 2005. His extensive experience in business law allows him to participate, negotiate and finalize all purchase offers and commercial agreements with financial institutions which, the organization is frequently challenged with.
His successful career is built on his commitment to develop with us the best legal strategies, reach desired outcomes, and protect our utmost interests.
Angie D’Anello, BA, MSc
Administrative Assistant Recevables - Payables
Angie is part of the main office’s management team. Her functions as an administrative assistant are specialized in the daily obligations of payables and receivables.
She dedicates her time to making sure that numerous building responsibles collect their rents promptly without long delays. Angie also monitors any delinquent tenants with rent balances who may require a judicial judgement. She is also involved in the drafting of new leases within the required time delays.
Alexa Tsampalieros, Realtor
Building Inspection-Operations
A licenced realtor, Alexa brings her property expertise and values to the organization. Her responsibilities include inspecting our buildings on a daily basis for proper maintenance and making sure that all the buildings function in accordance to municipal and provincial codes.
Alexa’s task also includes, managing and scheduling special projects, representing the organization at the Quebec Rental Board (TAL) and, negotiating and finalizing demands with City officials.
