Joe Caprera is the Founder and President of Joe Caprera Companies. A private real estate investment company with its head office in Montreal, Canada.  Joe has succeeded in creating great value in residential real estate through important capital expenditures and hands-on management techniques.

These methods have allowed his company to grow to a substantial value, which is now considered an important player in the multi-unit real estate market in Quebec.

Joe Caprera uses the knowledge he obtained from his Architectural Technology degree from Vanier College and his Bachelor degree in Building Engineering from Concordia University. Joe also applies his knowledge he obtained from the Executive Masters in Business Administration program offered by McGill university and HEC Montreal which he was still perusing at the time of this text.

Joe is also an active philanthropist in the community of Montreal. He has sat on numerous non-profit organizations boards such as of Vanier College, and the Montreal Children’s Hospital. He is also active in the Shriner’s Hospital fundraising committee. With the warmest interest in Vanier College, Joe still sits in the Vanier College Foundation, now for 16 years.

Angie is part of the main office’s management team.  Her functions as an administrative assistant are specialized in the daily obligations of payables and receivables.

She dedicates her time to making sure that numerous building responsibles collect their rents promptly without long delays.  Angie also monitors any delinquent tenants with rent balances who may require a judicial judgement.   She is also involved in the drafting of new leases within the required time delays.

Angela is a key member of the organization’s administrative team. Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including coordinating daily office operations, managing communications, and supporting management in various administrative tasks. She also represents the organization at the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL), handling tenant-related matters and ensuring that all cases are presented with professionalism and accuracy. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to effective resolution contribute to maintaining positive and compliant property management operations.
